Cancellation
If you inform us that you want to cancel a service order within an hour of placing it, but no later than 14 days later, we’ll cancel your service order.
The following are exempt from the cancellation right:
the provision of services that are obviously individualised or made to your preferences;
a service if it has been fully completed by Wei8loss.com or the Supplier and you agreed when placing your purchase that we may begin delivering it and that you could not cancel it once delivery had begun;
the provision of non-tangible digital content if you agreed when placing your order that we could begin delivery and that you could not cancel it once delivery had begun;
Refunds
Your exclusive and only recourse is a refund of the fee paid without interest if the service is ever rendered unavailable due to technical issues or if access to the service is unduly delayed.
No refunds will be given for unused or partial service or upgrade months.
All of Wei8loss.com’s service prices are subject to change at any moment, and the Services do not offer price protection or refunds in the event that a service’s price is decreased or a special deal is made.
